Fancy case and lug design! This unique timepiece is a vintage Girard-Perregaux mechanical wristwatch dated from the 1940s. It is in excellent condition and running great.
 
It is a manual wind watch powered by an original Grirard-Perregaux & Co. movement with a 05 PESEUX made caliber (05 AE 681), 17 jewels, sub-second, unadjusted, Swiss made.
 
In beautiful condition, this watch still features the original champagne dial with gold hour marks and gold matching hands. The sub-second is located at 6 o’clock and the dial is also signed with the Girard-Perregaux name/logo.

Cased in a 26x27.4mm tank case with fancy shape and fancy lug design, all in 10K gold filled. Original GP signed crown.

This watch comes on a vintage black Genuine Lizard two-piece strap.

It is a very good-looking wristwatch, keeps good time and runs very well!

This indeed magnifies any flaws. Usually, they are much less obvious to the naked eye. Having said that, we never photoshop any of our photography, remove blemishes, etc. We adjust lighting when necessary, but what you see is what you are getting, and we take pride in that.
